Manny Ramirez just delivered two more runs on his seventh inning double to center field. Both Dustin Pedroia (walk) and David Ortiz (walk) came around on the one-out shot.

After Detroit scored one run on Magglio Ordonez's solo shot in the top half of the inning, the score is now 6-3, Red Sox.
