Rain delay

With Alex Rodriguez at the plate, and two men on base, time was called at 6:22 p.m.

Jonathan Papelbon was coming in to face Rodriguez, after Hideki Okajima had walked Melky Cabrera and allowed a single to Bobby Abreu.

The tarp is now being placed on the field.
