Sox take home opener, 5-0

Hideki Okajima finished up this one, giving the Sox a 5-0 win that ended their three-game losing streak. Daisuke Matsuzaka was the winning pitcher, in front of a packed house of 36,567.

That brings the Tigers to 0-7 on the season.

No panic in Detroit, I'm sure.
