Timlin line

The Red Sox today sent righthanded pitcher Mike Timlin on rehab assignment to Triple A Pawtucket of the International League. Timlin started tonight vs. Lehigh Valley at McCoy Stadium. His line: 1 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K. He threw 18 pitches, 12 for strikes. Timlin has been on the 15-day disabled list since March 28, retroactive to March 20, with a laceration on his right ring finger.
