Who pitches tomorrow?
Now the question becomes, with Jon Lester pitching in place of Daisuke Matsuzaka (flu) tonight, who goes tomorrow afternoon?
Could Dice-K recover quickly enough to make the start? Would the Sox use Julian Tavarez? Would they call up a pitcher like Kyle Snyder or dip into Double-A and give Justin Masterson a start?
Would they merely move up knuckleballer Tim Wakefield? One problem: Wakefield is lights out at Tropicana Field where he's scheduled to start on Friday.
The Sox will likely wait until after tonight's game to let us know. But if we hear sooner, we'll get back to you.

This round of flu should be a lesson to the team on health and hygiene. I hate to sound like my old shool teachers, but I can see on TV that these guys spend a lot of time walking around in one another's spit. They're constantly horking and gobbing around the dugout and the field -- even washing out their mouths and spitting out the water on the floor. Some of them even spit into their hands and shake hands with others. Other guys, I see, shove tobacco into their mouths with their fingers. I hate to think about the state of things in the locker room. It not only looks awful, but I'm sure it makes people sick and it certainly costs the team and the fans the effort we expect.
A better example for the kids would be no spitting and using hand sanitizer like we have learned to do in most civilized work places.
Last night on TV, Don and Jerry even laughed about the mess in the dugout as if it was a natural thing -- you know, boys will be boys. And now, boys will be sick.
Justin Masterson would be right on turn.
Nice spot for his debut, I think.
I would be inclined to use tim wakefield, it would'nt take him much to get back in the regular rotation due to the way he pitches
IT'S TIME TO CALL UP THE JEDI, JUSTIN MASTERSON.
don't forget Beckett if he's done w/ his flu by tomorrow...
