Beckett allows 10th homer

OAKLAND - Left-handed hitting outfielder Ryan Sweeney has gone yard on a 1-0 changeup off Josh Beckett in the 7th to give the A's a 2-0 lead.

It was the 10th home run allowed by Beckett, who surrendered four to the Milwaukee Brewers on May 18th in an 11-7 Sox win.
