Colon done after five
Probably because of a long bottom of the fifth in which his offense accounted for four runs to give the Sox a 5-2 lead over the Royals, Bartolo Colon's night is over.
The hefty righty's line: 5 innings, six hits, 2 runs, 2 walks, 4 strikeouts.
You'd have to call it a successful return to the major leagues.

Nick, I couldn't agree more I was very impressed with Colon and thought he did great.
huh???
I thought the sox were in first place...Why would they be tied? You mean a 2 game lead?
El Tiante redux?
