Lester has no-hitter through eight
Jon Lester kept his magical evening going, retiring the side in order in the eighth, striking out Billy Butler and Miguel Olivo, giving him a season-high eight in the game. Mark Teahan flied to center to end the inning.
Lester is three outs away from his first no-hitter.

Oh my God after what this guy has been through with cancer and all...and to have a no hitter....We should be kissing his feet for his acomplishments...Layoff Dover and josh...This is Boston sports at its best!
At least we now know the Bruins writers are as bad (or worse than) the team. Nancy, you're making Tomase look good.
