OAKLAND -- We're here in Oakland, where it's nice and sunny, but the temperatures are likely to dive by game time. It's a pretty normal lineup this afternoon. No real surprises, though it's becoming increasingly difficult for Terry Francona to decide between Jacoby Ellsbury and Coco Crisp in the centerfield spot. Ellsbury gets the call today.
