Midgame update

Jon Lester is coming out for the sixth, but he's already thrown 94 pitches while leading, 4-0.

The Sox were able to get Scott Kazmir out after four innings (four runs, three earned, six hits). It's a slow-moving game, but the Sox have a chance at a sweep here as they head to Detroit tomorrow. Manny Delcarmen is warming for the Sox.
