Monroe again

Posted by Nick Cafardo, Globe Staff May 11, 2008 10:36 PM

Marilyn Monroe had to feel proud.

Her son, Craig, just whacked his second home run of the game, a solo shot in the seventh off Mike Timlin, adding another run to the Twins' padding, 9-6. Monroe hit a three-run homer in the second off Tim Wakefield.

Marilyn Monroe was at the Metrodme tonight as part of Mother's Day festivities. Monroe said his mother always has been kidded about her name.
