Twins score

Posted by Nick Cafardo, Globe Staff May 12, 2008 07:38 PM

The Twins scored twice in the bottom of the first here at the Metrodome, making this a 3-2 tilt in favor of the Bostonians.

After one out, Clay Buchholz allowed singles to Brendan Harris and Joe Mauer and a hard-hit single to right by Justin Morneau, both runners coming around to score after J.D. Drew misplayed the ball in right for an error. Buchholz rebounded and was able to keep things from getting any worse.
