Delcarmen pitches out of jam

PHILADELPHIA - Not that it's really hard to do, but Manny Delcarmen struck out Ryan Howard with two on in a 7-4 game in the 7th.

Craig Hansen didn't retire any of the three batters he faced and allowed two runs on two hits with a wild pitch.

Former Sox reliever J.C, Romero has come on to pitch the 8th for the Phils as the Sox hold on to a three-run lead.
