Sox boost lead to 4-1

Dustin Pedroia's sacrifice fly scored Chris Carter (who took over for the ejected Coco Crisp) to boost Boston's lead back to three runs (4-1). It is the first appearance in the majors for Carter, who was recalled from Triple A Pawtucket Tuesday.
