Sox up

BALTIMORE - Looking to sweep the Orioles after a horrible 1-5 West Coast portion to this road trip, the Sox have taken a 1-0 lead in the second inning.

J.D. Drew's sacrifice fly scored Mike Lowell, who led off the inning with a double to right-center and went to third on Jason Varitek's single.
