This and that

BALTIMORE - The Sox and Orioles are scoreless in the third inning.

*Orioles manager Dave Trembley has been ejected in the third for arguing Freddie Bynum's check-swing strikeout, his second of the season.

*The big buzz around the park is the resignation of NESN anchor Hazel Mae. We wish her the best.

* Brandon Moss is International league player of the week - .400, 4 homers, 9 RBI, including three homers in one game.

*David Ortiz was named Red Sox player of the month hitting .318, 8 homers and 22 RBI. My vote was Ellsbury. How often does a guy steal 18 bases in a month?

*J.D. Drew made a great throw from third to gun down Luke Scott trying to stretch a single into a double in the second inning.
