Timlin goes 1-2-3 (not here)

Posted by Amalie Benjamin, Globe Staff June 28, 2008 09:51 PM

Mike Timlin worked a 1-2-3 inning for Pawtucket tonight, with two strikeouts. He threw 11 pitches in his second outing for the PawSox. He's on a rehab assignment in Triple A, though it's unlikely he'll back with the major league club soon. The team wants him to work out some of his pitching inconsistencies at the minor league level.
