Wilpons to receive chickens?

PHILADELPHIA - Just received a press release:

"Mets Fans Cry Fowl. Chickens to be sent to Mets Owner Fred Wilpon Today at 2:15pm.

Syosset, NY - Randy Smith, a lifelong Mets Fan and an employee of Georgi Vodka is joining a few other fans today at 2:15 p.m. putting 5 chickens in a box to express his outrage of the Mets Firing Willie Randolph. They are part of the company's season ticket holders in which they are canceling for the season. The Mets owner is a Long Island resident too.

WHERE: 425 Underhill Boulevard, Syosset, NY, Off Jericho Turnpike. Long Island.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 18, 2008 @ 2:15pm
