Youkilis walk-off

Kevin Youkilis ended the Sox-Cards marathon with a two-run walkoff homer in the 13th inning, giving Boston a 5-3 win and preventing a sweep by the Cardinals.

Mike Lowell started the inning with a single off the Monster and Youkilis jumped on a 3-1 pitch from Mike Parisi and sent it over the Monster in left-center. It was Youkilis's second homer of the long afternoon and 13th of the season.
