All-Star starters

NEW YORK -- Cleveland's Cliff Lee (12-2, 2.31 ERA) will start for the American League in Tuesday's All-Star game, while Milwaukee's Ben Sheets (10-3, 2.85 ERA) gets the ball for the National League.
