Lackey goes for Angels on Friday

Sox PR guy Jon Blake has announced that John Lackey will be the Angels' Friday starter against Clay Buchholz when games resume after the All-Star break.

In other news, Sox outfielder (Greenville) Che-Hsuan Lin was named the MVP in the Futures Game at Yankee Stadium today. Lin went 2 for 2 with a homer to lead the World to a 3-0 win over USA. Lin also leads the Sox farm system with 26 steals.
