Lester's OK

Jon Lester said he's fine after taking Willie Bloomquist's comebacker off his right shin. "It was time to get Paps anyway,'' said Terry Francona, who took Lester out of the game with the bases loaded, and Papelbon induced Raul Ibanez to hit into a DP.

That earlier visit to the mound by trainer Paul Lessard? Just a discreet equipment adjustment by Lester.
