Oh, no! What in the world will they be talking about on WEEI now? I swear, that station is like a bunch of elderly washerwomen, sitting around yapping and making much ado about absolutely NOTHING.

What's Manny doing? Is this a contract ploy? He must be faking this! Yeah, he's faking it, and will probably sit out the rest of the season with a phantom injury! He's gonna quit on the Sox! What a bum! Hey, should they just suspend Manny now? How about fining him and suspending him? Hey, maybe they should bench him! That will teach him a lesson!

I guess they'll have to come up with a NEW angle, now that Manny is in the lineup. Of course, that won't be a problem. There's always plenty of stuff to talk about...even if you have to stretch the truth-- or even make things up completely.
