Rays draw first blood
They might not have a hit yet, but the Rays have a run.
On a walk, groundout, error by shortstop Alex Cora, and a wild pitch by Tim Wakefield, the Rays took a 1-0 lead in the first inning here in St. Petersburg, Fla., a place in which Wakefield normally dominates.
