Running through walls
Though it worked out in the end, with Manny Ramirez coming around to score on Mike Lowell's single to center field, the left fielder ran right through a stop sign by third base coach DeMarlo Hale.
Hale clearly put his hands up as Ramirez rounded third base.
The Sox scored three runs in the first inning, matching their output for the first two games of the series. It's 3-0.

Are you watching the game or listening on the radio. Manny was safe
by a mile (Hale made the mistake),and my boy Lowell is the one
who messed up and tried to stretch a single into a double. But,
i guess if you're trying to justify running Manny out of town
here's one more nail in the coffin. Ahh subjective reporting where
did you go?
Maybe DeMarlo Hale needs to work on his coaching skills.
oops meant objective reporting .
@Bryan:
I'm pretty sure there's no question, having watched, that Manny ran through a clear stop sign by Hale. And I'm pretty sure that's what was reported as fact in the blog. Whether Hale should've given him the green light, that's another issue (and opinion, not fact). Speaking of which, I think objective, not subjective, reporting is what you should be seeking. And seems to me that post was just that.
