Sox unable to respond in bottom of 4th
After allowing the Angels to take a 3-0 lead in the top of the fourth, the Red Sox were unable to muster a response in the bottom half of the frame, despite stranding a pair of baserunners: David Ortiz, who advanced all the way to third after reaching on a base-hit single, and J.D. Drew, who reached on a fielder's choice that wiped out Mike Lowell (single to right) on the force-out at second.
After Manny Ramirez, who was greeted by a growing chorus of boos, recorded the first out on a fly ball to left and Drew's fielder's choice victimized Lowell on the force-out at second, Jed Lowrie flied out to left to end the inning, leaving two aboard.
After four innings, it's still Angels, 3-0.

So Manny says "It isn't about money", but then he says "Florida -- no tax -- bring it on!"
Trade him -- NOW -- for anyone or anything. Even a few sacks of fertilizer to throw on the field would be a good deal.
F*cking ingrate. Red Sox fans / Boston media / Red Sox management went WAY above and beyond, and catered to him and his antics for years, and now he seeks "mental peace"? He should seek counselling, and in Florida, there are plenty of competent psychoanalysts (and I stress the word "psycho"...).
Make him go away. No one in their right mind could honestly say that HE won two World Series -- the TEAM won those series -- and there is no "I" in TEAM. Of course Manny would argue that there is a "ME" in TEAM...
I won't discredit his numbers, but I have zero respect for anyone anywhere making his level of coin who does not respect his environment, his position, his "co-workers", and/or his profession.
As others have said, don't let the door hit your large lazy self-centered butt on the way out of Fenway.
