Suprisingly slow news day...

There's no drama at Fenway today, which is vastly different from the past few days with Manny Ramirez's statements coupled with the always interesting Red Sox-Yankees rivalry.

Francona did say pitcher Bartolo Colon had a side session today. Colon threw a 35-pitch session Saturday. He has been on the DL with a lower back strain since June 17.
