Warming in the pens
We have our first imminent pitching changes, with Carlos Zambrano warming up in the NL pen and Joe Saunders warming for the AL.
Saunders has had a pretty good last few days. His first child, a daughter, was born on Saturday, and now he's about to pitch in his first All-Star game. His daughter's name is Mattea, by the way, and his wife has been sending him updated pictures every so often since he arrived in New York yesterday at 5 p.m.
"Every time I see her," Saunders said, "I kind of melt."
