Warnings issued
And it continues...
Yeah, that would be the Youkilis-Joba feud.
With Joba Chamberlain on the mound, and Kevin Youkilis at bat, Chamberlain threw a fastball right at Youkilis's head, sending the first baseman down. The ball actually hit Youkilis's bat on the play, and brought him up staring at Chamberlain.
Home plate umpire Marty Foster warned both sides, and both Terry Francona and Joe Girardi came out to get explanations. There was no rushing the mound, but there's clearly a history here.
Youkilis eventually struck out swinging.

How many warnings is this guy going to get?
Joba is a piece of shit and has a problem because Youk can hit him and it pisses him off....grow up and pitch better instead of having a baby fit about someone who takes you deep.
youkilis is a little girl like who wouldnt charge the mound, well joba would house youkilis so thats probably why
need to know how many times Chamberlin has been at other players head. ump shoulda tossed him if youk is only player with high and tight head shot.
Joba clearly has some kind of a problem with Youk. Today was incident # 4 and three of those knock-downs have been at the head. The other one was actually behind him. What is his problem???
Youkilis likes to crowd the plate with his crazy gyrations. He's a big baby!!!
youk has got to do something about this himself. How many times does a guy have to throw at his head before he says enough is enough. The sox are clearly in a funk and that was the perfect chance to light a fire under his team.
Snap out of it sox and put the punk in his place.
Youk should throw his bat at Joba to send him a message - oh sorry, the bat slipped. Don't hit him, just send it his way. If the feud continues, then plunk him with a 34 oz ash.
