Yet another hit
Dustin Pedroia just celebrated his first All-Star game selection by lofting a single to right field. Not only did that extending his hitting streak to 14 games, tying a career high (the third time he's done it), but it also scored two runs.
That brings the score to 3-1.
The last time Pedroia had a 14 game hitting streak was from April 12-25, this season.
