Hold the jam

Dice-K Matsuzaka got stuck in a jam in the second, loading the bases after a Milton Bradley single, a fielder's choice from Marlon Byrd (Bradley out at second), a walk to Brandon Boggs, and after striking out Chris Davis, another walk to Jarrod Saltalamacchia.

But to the delight of the Fenway crowd, Matsuzaka got Ramon Vazquez to strike out, swinging, and escapec the inning.
