Sox strike for four
TORONTO - Odd third inning inning for A.J. Burnett, who looked unhittable in the first.
He walked two batters - Alex Cora and Coco Crisp - with one out, and after the second out, he started leaving balls too far over the plate. Dustin Pedroia made him pay for the walks hitting a first-pitch fastball over the left-field fence, his 14th homer. Big Papi followed with a double to right field and Kevin Youkilis singled him in.
Sox lead 4-2 in the bottom of the third.

The lighting situation changed just before Ellsbury's injury. If the dome had not been retracted, he probably wouldn't have been wearing sunshades. A freak accident. I reminds me of Tony C. I hope he is not badly injured. Immediately before Tony C was struck, some jerk threw a smoke-bomb over the left field wall at Fenway. His vision and concentration were probably negatively affected.
