Tim Wakefield has his highest ballpark ERA (5.68) here in Arlington. However, the only current Ranger who has hit over .300 against Wakefield is Marlon Byrd, who is 4 for 8. Byrd is on the bench to start the game tonight.



why isnt jacoby ellsbury playing????

Harrison for Texas is a lefty...Jacoby generally comes off the bench when lefties start.
It seems like just when Jacoby is starting to get his stroke, he is subbed for.
