Where's Bay?
Who would have guessed that Youk would be hitting cleanup for us, Dustin would be in the MVP race, Lester would be our best pitcher, and Lowrie would be our starting third baseman when the season began. Strange times in Boston
In Theo We Trust
Bay has had a tough few games, though he has been productive with RBI's. His wife is expecting soon and might be on his mind. Night off will be good thing. Not sure if Pedey has got a day off since Aug 1, but Bay hasn't. Think he has been only Sox to play every day since trade. Been following Bay since Pirate days and this night off will do him wonders, trust me.
Bay is 10 for his last 40--I am sure he just needs a rest since he had had none since he blew into town
Bart,
Bay deserves a day off; he really earned it. Our previously LF would have been taken more days off on his own.
