Posted by Adam Kilgore, Globe Staff September 17, 2008 03:52 PM

  1. about time Tito let Casey play. Where is Bay, why keep trotting Kotsay out there?

  1. Where is baby Drew. Mike Lowell has been playing regularly, but J.D can't get in there. It looks like a weak hitting lineup. Kotsay has been struggling, and no Jason Bay.

  1. Wow. Let's hope Wake is perfect tonight. No Bay, No Lowell, No Drew, Time is running out and this lineup looks like a mess and tonight is really the playoff game for the division title. Will we ever see the Sox best lineup?
Ellsbury, Pedroia, Ortiz, Youk, Drew, Bay, Lowell, Lowrie, Tek.

Now that's a lineup. Too bad I don't think we've ever seen it in action.

  1. Sox really need to win this game for divisional tiebreaker purposes, and it looks like they have a good chance versus what might be the Rays ¨B¨ team lineup? Ruggiano, Gross, and Perez?
