Lineups: Lowell out
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Mike Lowell (partially torn labrum in his right hip) gets the night off after aggravating his hip injury coming in on a grounder to third last night. The Red Sox are going to send the film of a previously performed MRI on Lowell to two different specialists.
Kevin Youkilis will move to third base tonight to take Lowell's place. Sean Casey gets the start at first.
In other news, pitcher Bartolo Colon has a personal matter to take care of in the Dominican, and did not throw a side session today. He will rejoin the team in Toronto on Friday.

Who's Sean Casey?
A September call-up?
just kidding
glad to see the pillows are a little more firm in Tampa Sean!
about time Tito let Casey play. Where is Bay, why keep trotting Kotsay out there?
Where is baby Drew. Mike Lowell has been playing regularly, but J.D can't get in there. It looks like a weak hitting lineup. Kotsay has been struggling, and no Jason Bay.
where's Bay?
Wow. Let's hope Wake is perfect tonight. No Bay, No Lowell, No Drew, Time is running out and this lineup looks like a mess and tonight is really the playoff game for the division title. Will we ever see the Sox best lineup?
Ellsbury, Pedroia, Ortiz, Youk, Drew, Bay, Lowell, Lowrie, Tek.
Now that's a lineup. Too bad I don't think we've ever seen it in action.
I can live with this lineup
Sox really need to win this game for divisional tiebreaker purposes, and it looks like they have a good chance versus what might be the Rays ¨B¨ team lineup? Ruggiano, Gross, and Perez?
