Tonight's lineups: Lowell out again

TORONTO -- Mike Lowell (slightly torn labrum in right hip) is not in tonight’s Red Sox lineup. We’ll have more in a bit … but in the meantime, here are the lineups:

  1. Where's Coco? I do prefer using Casey as the replacement in the lineup for Mike Lowell rather than putting Cora at SS and Lowrie at third. That's fine for defense at the end of the game, but I see Casey as more of a threat at the plate, singles or not.
