Kalkstein leaves Sox
LAS VEGAS -- Performance enhancement counselor Don Kalkstein has left his full-time job with the Red Sox to return to his home in Dallas to spend more time with his family.
Kalkstein will stay on in a part-time consultant's role, but he'll work primarily for the Dallas Mavericks. Kalkstein was respected by Sox players, who often sought his help on the mental aspect of the game.

Good, should not have been in a uniform in the Dug-out, I know he helped the Players, but at Game-time should not have been seen, He was always on TV, Top Steppin it, I am Old School, Hope the New Person stays out of Public view as Well.
what exactly does he do ?
I know him by Coach "K" he was my Jr. College coach in Dallas. Great guy knows a ton of baseball.............
