No Sox offer to Kawakami
According to a baseball source, the report by Nikkan Sports that the Sox have a three-year, $21 million offer out to Japanese pitcher Kenshin Kawakami is not accurate. The Sox apparently have not made an offer to Kawakami.

Geez andy, lighten up! Haven't you seen Lost in Translation?
S.I. com reports LAA just offered Texeira 8 years, $160 million. Better get out the checkbooks Tom, John & Larry....
The Globe' staff has gone down hill and now the reporting has hit an all time low.
Let's sign TEX,TEk and Brad Penny and call it a day.
