Sox promote new director of media relations
With the departure of John Blake -- the former Sox vice president of media relations -- to the Rangers to work under Nolan Ryan, the Red Sox have promoted Pam Ganley to Director, Media Relations. Ganley was formerly the manager of media relations for the Sox.
