Table tennis, anyone?

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Rookie of the Year. Gold Glove winner. Most Valuable Player. What else can Dustin Pedroia possibly add to his trophy collection? How about the Golden Paddle?

Pedroia earned the honor Thursday by topping teammate Jed Lowrie during a spirited game of ping-pong in a match put together by Comcast SportsNet. Check out our gallery of photos snapped by staff photographer Jim Davis to see the double-play combo vie for table tennis bragging rights.

You may also remember last year's tournament in which Mike Lowell emerged with the Golden Paddle.
