Minor league box scores

PAWTUCKET 4, Rochester 2
Michael Bowden allowed one run in four innings, surrendering five hits and one walk while striking out three. Paul McAnulty went 2 for 4 with two doubles and an RBI. Daniel Bard pitched two innings for the save, walking two and striking out three. In six innings this season, Bard has allowed two walks, zero hits, and struck out nine.

New Britain 6, PORTLAND 3
Josh Reddick went 2 for 4 with a double. He is batting .400 on the season. Jon Still went 1 for 4 with a home run and two RBI. Adam Mills allowed two earned runs in 5 2/3 innings. He struck out five and gave up seven hits. Bryson Cox gave up three runs in 1 1/3 innings. T.J. Large pitched one scoreless inning with two strikeouts.

SALEM 12, Potomac 4
Jason Place went for 3 for 5 with a double and two RBI. Ryan Kalish went 2 for 3 with a home run, two walks, four runs scored. Michael Jones went 3 for 5 with three RBI. Luis Exposito went 2 for 5 with a double and two RBI.

Hickory 8, GREENVILLE 0
The Drive committed three errors and managed four hits. Michael Alamanzar went 2 for 4 with a double. Shortstop Oscar Tejada made two errors.

  1. I really like this addition to this site. Would it be possible to mention the players position as well ? We know a few of these guys but not most and it would help to place them in context.
