  1. Anybody else feel that this is the best team on paper they've had going into a season in a few years?

  1. On paper they look good. Although I'm a little concerned about the injury problems JD Drew has every year and how well Ortiz will hold up. Its a marathon but with their starting pitching and depth in the bullpen theres no reason they won't be right there at the end.

  1. The depth of the starting pitching and a very deep bullpen with extra starters to boot is a great comfort. Solid, hitting throughout and strong defense makes for a complete team. I love that the pressure is all on the Yankees, who spent the moon and got an overblown Sabathia unable to get the ball rolling. Starnge that the big spender has to play a defensive game.
