Ellsbury doubtful for tomorrow
The news via Amalie Benjamin: A few moments ago in the Red Sox clubhouse, Jacoby Ellsbury said he would "probably not" play in the series finale tomorrow against the Yankees. Ellsbury's shoulder is still sore and tender, he said. With lefthander CC Sabathia starting, it might not make a whole lot of sense for Ellsbury to play, anyway. Ellsbury did not take live batting practice today, and he hopes to take it tomorrow.
