Minor league box scores

The entire Red Sox farm system, while playing three games, went scoreless yesterday.

PAWTUCKET was off. They'll play at Syracuse tonight, in a game John Smoltz will start.

Erie 3, PORTLAND 0
Catcher Mark Wagner went 3 for 3 with a walk. DH Jon Still went 2 for 4. The Sea Dogs had seven hits, all singles. Adam Mills allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out five in six innings.

Wilmington 5, SALEM 0
Starter Casey Kelly allowed four runs in six hits and no walks while striking out four in five innings. The Red Sox manager four hits, all singles. Shortstop Zach Borowiak went 2 for 3 with a walk.

Bowling Green 1, GREENVILLE 0
Catcher Tim Federowicz went 2 for 4 with a double, raising his average to .323. DH Ryan Lavarnway went 2 for 4. Starter Stephen Fife allowed one run on five hits and no walks while striking out three in five innings.
