We just had a home run review and it it came out in favor of the Red Sox.
With one on and one out in the bottom of the sixth, Jeff Larish crushed a Tim Wakefield pitch and drove it high and far to right field. First base ump Mark Carlson ruled it foul, but Detroit's acting manager Lloyd McClendon (Jim Leyland was heaved in the third) asked for a recount and was
granted his wish. After a review, the call was upheld. Then Larish grounded into a double play, so the Sox still lead, 6-3 after six.
