Reliever Hideki Okajima, who left the Red Sox yesterday evening so he could undergo accupuncture treatment in Boston, unexpectedly returned to the team today. Okajima will not be availabe to pitch today, but he is here. Okajima has been suffering from soreness in his side.

In other injury news, Nick Green is making "minimal" progress in Boston on his back injury, manager Terry Francona said. He played catch up to 90 feet, his best progress since he left the team in Kansas City. The Red Sox will have a better idea about Green's availability for the remainder of the season once they return to Boston.
