Youkilis, Martinez still out

Victor Martinez (personal matter) and Kevin Youkilis (back spasms) are again out the Red Sox lineup tonight. Terry Francona said Youkilis was "minimally better" but there's a chance he won't play tomorrow.

The manager spoke this morning to Martinez, who had returned to Cleveland to tend to the matter, and he will be available to play tomorrow.

Francona also confirmed that Daisuke Matsuzaka will start Sunday.

In tonight's lineup, Jason Bay will bat third and Mike Lowell will hit fourth against Angels lefty Joe Saunders.
