A few morning updates
Dustin Pedroia was in the original lineup and wanted to play but Terry Francona decided he should get a day off with his knee feeling sore. He did it last night trying to score from second when he was thrown out in the fourth inning.
Also ...
* Josh Beckett feels fine and is officially scheduled for Tuesday.
* Mike Cameron will not play for Pawtucket today but could tomorrow. It is unlikely he will be activated for the Yankees series. Jacoby Ellsbury will play the outfield for Pawtucket tomorrow.
* Ramon Ramirez still has elbow issues stemming from last week.
