Kevin Youkilis (sore left groin) is out of the lineup. Mike Lowell will make his MLB debut at first base and hit fourth.

Adrian Beltre will play third and bat sixth.

UPDATE, 11:53 a.m.: Jeremy Hermida (left quad) just ran in the outfield and looked good. He said he could pinch hit today. He hopes to be back in the lineup in a few days.

Mike Cameron took BP on the field yesterday and took a few fly balls. He seems to be progressing more quickly than Jacoby Ellsbury. Cameron is optimistic about getting back soon but says he will need a rehab game or two.

Cameron has a sports hernia and Ellsbury four cracked ribs. Both will have an easy day today.

UPDATE, 12:50 p.m.: Spoke to Theo Epstein, who said that Youkilis is day-to-day and the groin pull isn't a serious one.

Nonetheless, the Red Sox have a lineup today that includes four players who did not start on Opening Day.
