Jacoby Ellsbury played six innings in center field today for the Gulf Coast League Red Sox in their game in Fort Myers, Fla., against the Rays.

He was 1 for 2 with a walk and a stolen base. His day:

First inning: Walked, stole second, went to third on an error and scored on sacrifice fly

Second inning: 4-6-3 double play

Fifth inning: Line drive single to right field

In two games, Ellsbury is 2 for 5. We should find out later today what comes next for him.
